Information belongs in the right channel.

This notice covers browsing this site and starting a business insurance discussion.

Browsing and technical requests

The website serves informational pages without a quote application or document-upload form. Hosting infrastructure can process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect those pages. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them.

An appointment uses an external service

Following a booking link takes you to Cal.com and the Tools for Enlightenment team calendar. Information entered there is processed by that service and the meeting recipients under the applicable notices. Review the scheduling service’s privacy information before submitting.

The business discussion

If you choose to provide contact details or account information during a subsequent discussion, those details may be used to respond, prepare the account, and coordinate procurement with Spot and its brokerage partners. Relevant information may be shared with parties involved in that requested work. The recipient should explain any further information request and the channel used for it.

Keep sensitive records out of scheduling

Booking notes are not a place for identifiable patient information, raw research records, financial account details, or passwords. Do not submit insurance documents through the calendar. Agree on an appropriate channel with the recipient before exchanging documents later.

Questions about information already shared

For information entered into a scheduling service, use that service’s privacy contact or the recipient identified in your appointment confirmation. For an ongoing procurement discussion, contact the recipient handling the account and identify the information or request concerned without resending sensitive records.
